Friday favorites: Alaskan winter twilight

barrow_2015_12_01_120002At 71 degrees latitude, our PhenoCam near Barrow, Alaska, is our most northern one. In deep winter, the sun never gets above the horizon, rendering all our images a bit dim, and highlighting wind-swept patterns in the snow.
